The Test-it-off system introduces an innovative approach to reconfiguring a testing workstation between different PCBA types. Testing fixtures can be prepared in advance on mobile trolleys. Thanks to Plug & Play design, robot tools can be replaced quickly and without additional equipment.
An intuitive interface guides the user step by step through the entire process, allowing a complete changeover in under 10 minutes. This makes Test-it-off ideal for High-Mix, Low-Volume production, where flexibility and fast changeovers are key.
The system is designed for easy replacement of test fixtures as well as cobot’s gripper and PCBPlacer fingers.
