An intuitive startup wizard guides operators step by step through the entire product changeover process, making initial operator training easier and minimizing the risk of an error occurring.
To launch the wizard, the operator simply scans the product’s barcode or job ticket. The software automatically loads all required parameters and walks the operator through fixture changes and changes of tools for gripping and placing PCBAs.
The Test-it-off system is controlled via a user-friendly interface already used by many operators for different industrial automation tasks. A new PCBA type can be introduced within 60 minutes, and switching testing between different PCBAs takes only 10 minutes.
