Every production facility’s material-handling and storage is different. Test-it-off adapts to their specifics with ease. The system supports various storage types, from trays and conveyors to CAB magazines and KLT boxes.
Input and output storage configurations are independent of each other. This can be useful, for instance, when you need to package PCBAs for shipping right after the test.
After testing, the system automatically sorts boards according to predefined criteria. Passed PCBAs move forward to the next process, while defective ones are identified and stored in a separate container.
The storage capacity can be configured to support any required duration of autonomous operation, from several hours to an entire shift. This ensures smooth and continuous production without unnecessary downtime.
