Test-it-off works with any ICT or FCT tester, regardless of age or manufacturer. The robotic arm can even operate testers originally designed for manual use, including opening and closing of the fixture lid.
When using automated test fixtures, cycle times are shortened by at least 16 seconds per test, significantly increasing workstation performance.
Manual and automated fixtures can be combined within a single Test-it-off setup, allowing gradual automation of testing processes without replacing all existing equipment at once.
If required, the system can also integrate optical inspection using industrial cameras. The combination of electrical and visual testing increases defect coverage and improves overall quality control reliability.
