With Test-it-off, you can begin testing a completely new PCBA type in just 60 minutes. The system divides the new product introduction (NPI) process into a series of guided steps that any operator can follow. Robot movements are defined simply by manual guidance of the robotic arm.
Interactions between devices and workstations are pre-programmed, so the basic logic of the work is set and the operators can focus just on the specifics of each new product. Typically, they just guide the robot to the right position or adjust project parameters. The intuitive setup shortens the duration of the NPI cycle and allows a quick response to production changes
